Deloitte’s annual Fast 500 ranks Coupa at 105 while Seal Software comes in at 148.

Determine Announces 2nd Quarter Fiscal Year 2017 Financial Results – Nov 10, 2016
Revenues were $6.6 million in Q2 FY2017 down 2.7% from same quarter last year with a net loss of $3.2 million a 6.25% improvement from the prior year.

Koch Industries’ investment arm buys more than $2 billion stake in Infor – Nov 16, 2016
The purchase give Infor an evaluation of about $10 billion.  Koch Equity Development will be an active investor and will receive four board seats as part of the deal.  Koch also looks to use the Infor technologies to modernize its own organizations.

Apptus turns to Hybris veteran Frank Schoutissen for European sales push – Nov 21, 2016
Former senior vice president at Hybris, Frank Schoutissen joins Apptus to lead a European sales strategy that spans channel and business development as well as international expansion.

Icertis continues to add to its Leadership Team– Nov 16, 2016
Sanjay Goel joins Icertis as Senior Vice President of Customer Success.  He came from Cisco where he was Director, Global Repair.   Niranjan Umarane as joins as Vice President of Product Management.  He came from KPIT where he was a practice head.
