Today Cogna announced several acquisitions that included Contract Life Cycle Management vendor, Novatus Contracts. Prior to the acquisition, Cogna provided generate and access contracts from inside Salesforce. The acquisition of Novatus Contracts adds these new capabilities:
- Contract drafting from template and clause library
- Review and approval workflows
- Contract records retention and
- Negotiation portal, that allows for review and red lines by external parties
Along with the two other acquisitions, ActionGrid and CRMCulture, this builds up Cogna product stack to support Salesforce.
